Multifunctional Mixer

This special execution of the Vertical Planetary Mixer is a multifunctional cooking/cooling system which circulates hot water or steam through a jacketed bowl then chilled water or glycol circulate to cool. A temperature probe is used to measure the core of the mixture insuring accurate and consistent results.
