From very light specific gravity creams and cakes to viscous cookie doughs and pastes, the Tonelli Planetary mixer is the most versatile machine in our inventory. Its robust frame and gearbox ensure longevity even when mixing very viscous materials. Its open frame, sanitary design along with standard options for built in, recipe driven CIP make the Planetary the perfect machine for ready to eat foods and dairy products.
Tonelli’s patented mixing under air pressure technology creates whipped products in a fraction of the time. Reducing the mix time for whipped and very light products ensures less friction and heat in the product. This creates a better structure and higher peak for decorating creams, as well as consistency through depositors.
